The phrase “We cannot do it” is not in our vocabulary. We will take care of the whole process: from obtaining necessary permits to the comprehensive execution of the entire construction work on your plot. You can rely on us with the implementation of your individual projects.

  • If you already have a project
    we can take care of the comprehensive construction of an individual project that you have from an external company.
  • If you don’t have a project
    with the help of our experienced architect we will create an individual project from scratch that will meet all your expectations.

What does the assessment depend on?

When it comes to individual projects, the assessment is precisely tailored for the project. What influences the assessment it is for example the size of the rooms and accommodation plan, materials used, technology or additional non-standard functionalities.

By default, we suggest you use high shell and core standard that we offer in our projects. At the request of the client, we can change any elements of our standard, but it will affect the final assessment.
